Kitchen: Floors, counters and cabinets cleaned outside, stove top, burners removed and cleaned, refrigerator cleaned outside, sinks cleaned and polished. Windowsills and baseboards cleaned. Blinds dusted. Microwave cleaned inside and out.
Living room: Pictures, fans, furniture, TV dusted, floors cleaned (vacuumed and mopped) Windowsills and baseboards cleaned. Blinds dusted.
Dining Room: Counters, cabinets and furniture cleaned and polished outside. Floors cleaned (vacuumed and mopped). Windowsills and baseboards cleaned. Blinds dusted.
Bathroom: Bathtubs cleaned, showers scrubbed, faucets, toilets cleaned, sinks and mirrors cleaned. Windowsills and baseboards cleaned. Blinds dusted.
Bedroom: All furniture cleaned and polished. Pictures dusted or wiped clean. Floors cleaned (vacuumed and mopped). Windowsills and baseboards cleaned, reachable ceiling fans dusted and cleaned. Blinds dusted. Bedding changed at $5.00 each.
Our rate policy
Quoting a cleaning job without seeing the exact
condition of a home is difficult at best. Our prices
typically start around $70.00 and go up from there. The
following is not a guarantee of a price but will give you
a general idea of where our rates fall given a home is
somewhat well maintained. First-time cleanings are often
slightly higher but subsequent cleanings will reflect a
lower rate.
