As part of our philosophy of providing you with superior service we are asking you to do a few small things to help us help you.
Help us by doing the following after your cleaning visit:
- Inspect all areas that you were told would be cleaned by the visiting supervisor to insure your satisfaction with the service.
- Be sure you have plenty of cleaning supplies on hand for your next cleaning visit.
- Please be aware our cleaners are not authorized to give prices or accept payment for services they provide. If you would like to change your cleaning regiment, please contact the office and speak with a staff supervisor.
- Be sure to notify our office of any schedule change at least five business days in advance to avoid a $20.00 schedule change fee.
